Our centre is connected to the US through IPLC connectivity. We have fiber optic connectivity to the last mile, with cables terminating into our facility. Local loop connectivity is fully redundant by means of multiple service providers.

The architecture described above ensures that we experience little or no latency in voice quality at our centre. The presence of multiple service providers and cable systems provides redundancy and enables us to maintain uptime levels higher than 99%.

Internet connectivity into the facility is also through multiple independent broadband ISPs, thereby creating a fully redundant architecture. The presence of ample bandwidth allows us to access our clients’ systems and networks over secure connections, without compromising on speed and productivity.

In terms of equipment and technology platforms we have invested in the best-of-breed equipment and platforms for our delivery facility. Salient features are:

Redundancies

 
Separate UPS system dedicated to telecom equipment.
Server and data systems fed by UPS systems that can provide 2 hours of backup power.
SLAs in place with all vendors for 24x7 support and response times of less than 4 hours.
Hardware redundancy and structured data backup procedures using DTL tapes and DVD-ROM

 
The facility features a Managed Router Service with a guaranteed SLA uptime of 99.999% over any given calendar month. This platform connects to the upstream service providers via a pair of fully-redundant routers with average latency of less than 15 microseconds. The MRS platform resides within the same facilities as our upstream service providers, thus enabling maximum redundancy in carrier interconnection.

Project Management

 
Diamex Technology group has a detailed and a systematic Project Management process. While on-boarding new clients and/or rolling our new technology solutions we manage the entire life cycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing, efficiently. Majority of our implementations have been completed On-Time, On-Budget and On-Scope.

Risk Management and Audit

 
We have an independent and continuous Risk Management process. The Risk Management group ensures Information Security, Business Continuity and Compliance for all our Programs. We perform monthly review exercise to identify gaps and close them.
