Diamex's founders have come from a background of building successful multi-national, technology based, outsourced service companies. Growing one customer at a time. Technology, consulting services and outsourced service business is what we have lived. Having done this successfully several times, we will make transitioning to outsourcing easier.

We have our own clinical centers in California. We have set-up our Global Resource Center in India as our Back Office for Medical Billing Solution. Our Global Resource Center in India is working as our Back Office and managing our end-to-end Medical Billing work efficiently. We took lead to give our all Back Office work to our resource center in India so that our Clients should have faith, trust and confidence in us. We are proud to say that we have seen expansion in our work because of our Global Resource Center in India.


 
We have invested in technology so the offshore portion is as transparent as possible. Dialing our US office #s, you can reach your account team in India office. If they are not there, call is routed to our office here in West Hills; CA. Our customers find our team knowledgeable and easy to work with.
