Mr. Anand Aggarwal has done Masters of business Administration from Mumbai (India). He stepped into manufacturing of pharmaceuticals in the young age of 20. Mr. Anand is fully equipped to meet diverse business challenges thanks to his versatile work experience. He expanded his competence through personnel and business management, financial administration and international relations tasks in a multinational industrial corporation. Mr Anand established Diamex US Inc in the year of 1999. Since then he is playing major role in the field of Data Conversion, Software Development, Medical Transcription, Folio and Book Publishing. In the year of 2004 he established Diamex Management and Diamex Management is exclusively serving Healthcare Industry. With his 10 years exclusive Healthcare Industry experience he has been serving to Hospitals, Medical Billing Companies and Doctors for their Medical Practice Management, Billing and Collection.

Hobbies

Mr Anand is excellent in time management and manages to spare some time from his busy schedule for his hobbies. He believes that healthy body and healthy mind is very important for success of business. His free time activities include playing tennis, traveling. He loves cars and good wine. Hobbies are a way for him to get his mind momentarily off work. Micky Narula - Director – Business Development   Micky carries 12 years experience with him. He is in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for last 8 years. He has varied experience in the BPO industry from Migrations, Business Development to Operations and Outbound Calling Processes. He has worked with major players of the Industry and has handled key positions and complex processes successfully. He has traveled to the UK and US for process transitioning and Business Development. He has successfully migrated and established many processes and worked into different domains be it Health Care, Finance & Accounting, Insurance or Mortgage. He has provided his consultancy to US Companies interested to establish their BPO companies in India. He is handling Business Development and Process Transitioning from India with coordination of Diamex US team. Peeyush Arora- Manager Billing   Peeyush has been working in Medical billing industry exclusively for more than 5 years and has rich knowledge, experience and in-depth understanding of it. He has worked with prestigious billing companies and has sound knowledge of latest medical billing software. Peeyush keeps the billing team updated with latest updates and teams are ready to take up any challenge under his supervision and direction. Vishal Bisht – Process Manager – India Operations   Vishal Bisht runs the operations of the company from India. He has vast experience in Account receivable and claim processing Management. He is expert in handling liens and all work compensation cases moreover has vast knowledge about claims handling for Medicare and other commercial insurance company. Moreover, Vishal has vast knowledge of medical billing software and coding. He also manages all international contacts and supports clients. He is actively involved in solution identification in core business areas. Vishal is managing team of experience collection agents and guiding them to collect outstanding dues from patients by using soft skills. His relationship management has increased the collection by many folds for our clients.
