How
do we get our information to you?

Currently
we use several different methodologies for collecting
information. Depending on what is most convenient
for our clients we utilize, FTP (file transfer
protocol), Scan to Email, Federal Express, DHL,
courier service or US mail. |

What
are the fees for Diamex Billing Services?

Diamex’s
fees for medical billing are based on a percentage
of the gross amount collected for medical services.
Fees are dependent upon the practice's volume
of claims and any additional services that are
contracted. Diamex success is dependent upon
the success of its clients.
Diamex strives to leave no claim unpaid, thus
ensuring a flourishing cash flow for all involved.
Diamex is open for other payment arrangements
such as per seat basis arrangement and per claim
basis arrangement. |

Will
we have to sign a contract?

No..
At Diamex. we work off of non-binding contracts.
You may terminate your non-binding contract
at any time with 30 days written notice. Prior
to initiating our service each party will sign
a simple written agreement documenting services
that we will provide to each other. |

Do
you transmit claims electronically?
|

We
submit claims electronically to a most carriers.
Insurance carriers who are not equipped for
electronic claims submission will receive our
claims on paper utilizing a standard HCFA 1500
or UB 92 claim form. |

Where
will the insurance companies send the payments?
|
| |
Payments
will be directly sent to you. You send us scanned
copies of the checks and EOBs, which will lead
us to perform effective follow-up. |

Will
you process on old bills?
|

A
special arrangement can be made to handle your old
bills. |
